
The Timorese Manpower Agency Process
The recruitment process involves finding the candidate with the best skills, experience, and personality to fit the job. It requires a series of collecting and reviewing resumes, conducting job interviews and finally selecting and onboarding an employee to start working for the company.

Approximately it take 2 months to process a worker after selection of candidate depending on Job Centre and Labour Department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
STANDARD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR LABOUR DEPARTMENT
1) Valid JobCentre Brunei (JCB) Clearance Letter
2) Valid supporting / approval letters from relevant government agencies (if applicable)
3) Valid LPA for all foreign workers that are currently active working in your establishment(s)
4) Valid Passport and Valid Employment Pass for all foreign workers that are currently active in your establishment(s)
5) Valid Tenancy Agreement (Restaurant and Staff house)
6) Valid Census (Banci) Receipt.

PROCESSING
1) Employers may appoint own agency for processing at own cost to the employer.
2) Should the TMA agency be utilized for Brunei processing, the fee will be included in total cost to employer.
PAYMENT FOR PROCESSING TMA
1) Selection Phase: Process from Job Order for workers up to issue of Letter of Offer / Appointment 30% of total processing fee within 7 (seven) days of Job Order submission (as per submitted TMA Invoice)
2) Labour Department Phase: Process selection to issue of LPA and VoA FULL Chartered Flight cost of $800 (as per submitted TMA Invoice)
3) Pre-Departure Phase: Process LPA/VoA issue to departure from Timor-Leste: Visa: 60% of total processing fee within 7 (seven) days of issue of Visa-on-Arrival (as per submitted TMA Invoice) Post Arrival Phase: in Brunei: 10% of total processing fee (as per submitted TMA Invoice)
4) Post Arrival Phase: in Brunei: 10% of total processing fee (as per submitted TMA Invoice)
